Ontario Sugar Bushes

A tradition in Ontario/Canada is to visit the Sugar Bushes as soon as the Maples will be ready for a new 'tap'. So there we were at the farm with some Maple bushes to see how the Maple syrup is made.
The kids loved the trip through the land on the tractor pulled car the best!
They showed us how the water from the Maples was collected and how it was produced to Maple Syrup, it tastes yummie!!!

The pancake lunch with LOADS of Maple Syrup was a perfect end of the visit to Fort Rose.
