Olympic Games!

The Olympic Games in Vancouver are great! The first golden medal of Canada inspired Robert to make his own snowboard from cardboard. After he finished it he tried some tricks on a 'artificial slope':)
And decorated his board.

The outfits were changed to look like real boarders:)

And we cheer to the Dutch and the Canadian team, Hup Holland Hup and Go Canada Go! Yes, it is easier here to get some Canadian Patriotic Outfits:)


It was still a shock though when Eline proudly announced that WE won gold, meaning that Canada won the Women Ice Hockey tournement... And we might have to practice to sing the Dutch Anthem every morning at breakfast to balance it out with the Canadian Anthem that the kids sing every day at school...
