Point Pelee National Park

The Easter weekend couldn't start better with heat breaking records of 25C! We went to the most southern point of the mainland of Canada, Point Pelee National Park at Lake Erie.
Kathelijne prepared herself with her bag that hold her bathing suit.

In the shuttle to the tip of Canada.

The tip of Canada is just a little south of the 42nd parallel.
And here we are, the tip of Canada's mainland!

Our explorers had a great time at the shore of Lake Erie.

After a lot of fun it was time for our ornithologists to find some rare species!

We hiked the marsh board and saw a lot of birds!

The black bird was really nice to watch.

And climbing the trees is always lots of fun.

Or was it to stay away from the snake?

The beach girls had a great time

And our beach boy went for a big catch...

It was a great day at Lake Erie!
